芸轩草堂简单炸酱面的制作教程,送给出门在外,简简单单吃饭的人们!
  突然有天,有哥们儿问我说,炸酱面怎么做。其实对于出门在外的人们来说,炸酱面是最简单,而且是最方便的主食了。我们只需要炸好酱,放在冰箱里,每天下班晚的时候,我们煮点面,把酱放进去,这样一顿丰盛的晚餐便解决了。
  首先,这是我今天要准备的饭,因为觉得还是吃面简单,省事,所以我买了黄瓜和黄豆,准备当小料。另外,我买了猪头肉,下酒小菜,还有我们今天要炸的酱,一定要买干酱,我用六必居的。

  首先,我们把干酱拿出来一半放入碗中,因为我买的是250克的干酱,并且是两个人吃,因此我只取出一半,做为我们今天的佐料。

  我们接着放入凉水,我们可以多放入一些,因为如果水放少了可能会咸,但是也要适中,其实多做两回就知道了。我们然后就用筷子,一点一点的将酱搅匀。
